We are pleased to offer complimentary insured shipping worldwide on every order.
Processing & production
- Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Made-to-measure and bespoke pieces are crafted to order and typically ship in 3–4 weeks; we will keep you updated on timing.
Delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp. Delivery times vary by destination. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
International orders, duties & taxes
For deliveries outside India, any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
Returns & Exchanges
Because much of what we make is cut to order, this policy distinguishes between ready-to-wear and made-to-measure or bespoke pieces.
Ready-to-wear
Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged for a different size or for store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging. We do not offer monetary refunds on ready-to-wear, except where an item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping for a size exchange is arranged by us on request; the cost of return for a change of mind is borne by the customer.
Made-to-measure & bespoke
Made-to-measure and bespoke garments are cut to your personal measurements and pattern and cannot be resold. They are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund, except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect or an error on our part, which we will remedy by alteration, repair, or remaking at our discretion.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at here@herringboneandsui.com or on WhatsApp with your order number and photographs. We will cover return shipping and repair, remake, or replace the item.
