Please contact our Customer Service Team Customer Service Team via phone within 24 hours after submitting your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order, however, we will try our best.

Will you restock sold out items?

Perhaps some. Solid staples will be found year-round. However, certain seasonal specials will be limited. Consult our Style Journal for recommendations.

I have some ideas for a suit, can you do a custom design for me?

Not from our online store at the moment, but our Customer Service Team may be able to do this for you over email.

Why don’t my pockets open?

We apply temporary stitching to pockets and vents to maintain the integrity of your suit during shipment. Please carefully remove the stitching with a pair of scissors.

Are the shirts dry clean only or can I machine-wash them?

Most of our shirts can be machine washed on a cold cycle and tumble dried on low heat. To be safe, double-check the care instructions received with the garments.

Do you make suits for children?

Yes, provided their measurements fit within our permissible ranges.

What are the widths of your suit jacket lapels?


At H&S we use an exacting measurement process to ensure the best-fitting garments. Follow our online measurement guide carefully with simple instructional videos. The process typically takes 10 minutes and can be done from the comfort of your own home. You don't need a tailor. A relative or friend will be great, along with a measure tape, of course.

You'll be prompted to get measured once you're ready to checkout — after choosing and customising from a wide selection of suits, Indian wear, shirts and trousers.

Do I need a tailor to take my measurements?

Not at all. It’s simple. Just follow the instructions carefully.

Can I use the measurements from a suit I own?

Unfortunately, not. We need your actual body measurements.

How do I ensure my measurements are accurate?

If you follow our video instructions carefully, you cannot go wrong. Once you receive your garments, there may still be a chance you’d like some minor amends. In that case, we will cover the cost. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Just get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we will get you covered.

Can I see/edit my body measurements in my account profile?

Yes. Login to your account and click on Measurements.

Can I have multiple measurements on one profile?

No. You can, however, edit your measurements if the need arises.

Why was I contacted to redo certain measurements?

Our master tailors come with decades of experience. Your measurements are studied in depth prior to constructing your garments. If our masters feel something is amiss with entered measurements, they may ask that some or all measurements be checked and re-entered, to ensure you receive a perfect delivery. Do indulge them for your satisfaction.

Do you make clothing for women?

Not at the moment. Perhaps in the near future.

How long will it take to receive my order?

3-4 weeks after making the payment for an order.

How will my order be shipped?

We use multiple logistics partners across the world. We will email you tracking information when your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping in India:
All orders within India receive free shipping, regardless of order size.

International Orders:
A flat fee of USD $35 is charged.

Do you ship to Armed Forces / APO / FPO addresses / P.O. boxes?

How do I change my shipping address?

Login to your account and you will be able to see this options. Once an order has shipped, we will not be able to reroute it to another address.

At Herringbone & Sui we deliver the finest quality garments. Your garment has been tailored to your exact specifications. If, for any reason, your garment needs alterations, contact our customer care team and we will guide you through the process. Herringbone & Sui can provide a reimbursement of up to USD 75 for local tailoring.

We do not accept returns for bespoke garments as they are custom-made to your preference and body measurements. If you believe your garment could be adjusted for a better fit, please check Alteration Allowances below. If you have any further concerns, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

How much does Herringbone & Sui reimburse for local alterations?

We cover up to USD $75 for alterations in USA and Europe. Your alteration reimbursement amount will depend on the garments being altered. The maximum limit for each garment is listed below.
